Kelli received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma in 2003. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006 and has over 10 years of experience working with adults in an outpatient setting who struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety and array of general life issues. She has extensive training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Personally, Kelli is a mother. She has a love for the outdoors and you can often find her on a trail; running, mountain biking or hiking. Kelli is spiritually curious and has worked to cultivate her own spiritual practice which includes mediation, yoga, and mindfulness in daily living, gardening and connection to the outdoors.
Kelli is working on her certification to become a yoga therapist and is excited to bring this to her therapy practice in the near future.
